January 15, 2010 - The new NCCP transition for Coaches
For more information on the transition to the new NCCP where all coach education and training is shifting to a competency-based approach please review this document.
As of December 31, 2009, Provincial Rowing Associations no longer offer RCA Technical 1 and 2. All coaches will now be certified under the new NCCP using Learn to Row Workshops and RCA Coach Workshops.
